Wondering where to go on Valentine's Night? Here's the perfect occasion, as Miracle Hands Promotions presents a gala affair which will feature a sneak preview of Fashion Consultant/Designer, Carol Fraser's most chic and svelte pieces.

Already a household name in almost every section of Berbice, Fraser is rapidly staking her claim on the fashion arena in the city. While she gives credit to top notch fashion designer Derreck Moore for assisting in getting her to her present pinnacle of fame, she has already received rave reviews for some of her designs that were exhibited in the city.

After showcasing her designs at several concerts, fairs and fashion shows in Georgetown and Berbice, the designer is now gearing herself to host a Valentine's Dinner and Live Entertainment Show which will feature vocal renditions and fashion display. Billed for the lawns of the Herdmonston Lodge, 65 Peter Rose and Anira Streets, Queenstown, on Valentines Day, the event kicks of at 20:00hrs.

With the melodious voices of members of the High Praise Gospel Band to add luster to the event bonus surprises are expected from 2006 GT&T Cellink Plus Jingles winner, Shawn English, and Gospel Sensation, Kester ‘D'.

Fraser, who originates from Canje, Berbice, began designing while still in secondary school. Her mother being a seamstress, she naturally became fascinated with the idea and soon realised she had hidden designing talents which she transformed into startling, beautiful and artistic creations, while still in her teens.

At age seventeen she designed the apparel for Shaundell Launton, the then Miss Lions Club. She also copped the prize for Best Casual Wear at the 2003 Miss African Heritage Pageant.

Now headed for the big time Fraser creates pieces that range from elegant, casual, sassy, and chic, to sultry and provocative. With intricate designing, she brings to life breathtaking styles dubbed ‘African Regal', ‘Tie-dye Explosives', ‘Summer Setoffs' and ‘Tropical Allure'.

Her evening gowns dubbed ‘Twilight Solitudes' are the coveted pieces of the trendy woman for Valentine's Night.

A multi-talented and creative individual, she also designs for men. While her summer and breezy male pieces are a big hit, her sexy and revealing tops for the ‘fashion conscious' man are definite ‘must haves'.
