MANY more persons, who journeyed from out-of-town places to Georgetown in a bid to uplift barrels posted to them from overseas, were yesterday, again, disappointed by a shipping agency in South Road.

The intended recipients were told that, although the cargo had arrived, they could not be delivered.

That caused boisterous protests and the agent was forced to close the premises, leaving outside the group who said their packages had been shipped between six to seven weeks ago and should have been available to them before the holidays.

The angry people said when they called at the South Road place they were informed, more than once, that the things had not yet come.
Management of the business refused to comment when contacted by this newspaper.
