GT&T chooses Cerillion

Convergent CRM and Event Based Billing specialist, Cerillion Technologies, has been awarded a contract with Guyana Telephone and Telegraph (GT&T) for the supply and Implementation of Cerillion's fully convergent product suite.
According to website Boardwatch.com, Cerillion will support the national network of GT&T which operates both fixed line and data services. In addition GT&T is shortly to launch CDMA and GSM mobile to complement its existing TDMA mobile operations. Cerillion will supply its Mediator, Revenue Manager and CRM Plus modules as well as Cerillion's Intelligent Reporter MIS module. Cerillion will also supply and integrate the GE Realworld network inventory solution as part of the turnkey project.
Commenting on the contract award, Sonita Jagan, Chief Executive of GT&T, said "Following a detailed evaluation we selected Cerillion Technologies, not only for its proven support for convergent CRM & Billing across multiple network technologies, but also its proven turnkey delivery methodology. GT&T is constantly enhancing its product offerings to Guyana's market. Therefore the flexibility to rapidly roll out new products was a key factor in our decision."
