The cost to repair a section of the Ministry of Home Affairs damaged by channa bombs will be around $1M says a press release from the Government Information Agency (GINA).

According to the ministry, the boardroom in which national security meetings are held has been restored and work is continuing on the area just below the boardroom.

On April 25, three men hurled channa bombs at the Brickdam side of the Ministry, causing damage to the boardroom on the second floor and part of the first floor. Equipment and furniture were also damaged.
