THE Buxton murder/suicide couple’s post mortem revealed that they were electrocuted and died from cardiac arrest.

The post mortem was performed on Monday on Luana Cromwell, 24, of Lot 8 Church of God Road North, Buxton and her reputed husband, William Simon called “Sonna Boy”, 25, of Limlear, Corentyne, Berbice, decomposing bodies were found in their bedroom in an apparent embrace while their 1-year-3 month old son, Nkofi was discovered locked in the other bedroom of the cottage.

The post mortem also revealed that Cromwell had sustained a blunt trauma to the skull which indicated that she was struck with an object before she was electrocuted by her reputed husband.

He reportedly killed himself with an electrical contraption soon after he had electrocuted his wife and locked their son in the other bedroom.

The child was found in a very dehydration condition and was hospitalized, he has since been discharged and is said to be in his grandmother’s care.

Luana was laid to rest yesterday at Buxton.

Meanwhile, it is not known if Simon’s relatives claimed his body for burial.

Efforts to contact his relatives proved futile yesterday.
