Caribbean Court of Justice needs 6 judges

The Regional Judicial and Legal Services Commission has place an advertisement spelling out the terms and conditions of appointment of six judges of the Caribbean Court of Justice (CCJ.

The advertisement was published on its website www.caribbeancourtofjustice.org on February 20, and applications will close on April 9 at 3.30 pm, according to a press release from the commission.

Applications are open to judges, attorneys-at-law and teachers of law with the requisite years' experience, from the Caribbean, any Commonwealth country or any civil law jurisdiction.

Application forms are available on the commission's website and at the offices of the commission, 63 Tragarete Road, Port-of-Spain, Trinidad and Tobago.

The release said applications for the office of president closed on January 31 and the commission will conduct interviews for appointment to that office during this month.
