Berbice cricket fans can expect improved quality in the coverage of cricket on their television sets today, when West Indies face South Africa in the first of five one day matches in South Africa.

According to a release from the Guyana Television Broadcasting Company (GTV), the company recognised that viewers in Berbice/Corentyne areas were experiencing some difficulties recently with the broadcast there.

However, its engineers have managed to rectify the problem to a certain extent and as such, the signals are up again.

Broadcasts in Berbice are on channels 15 (from Whim) and 21 (from Benab).
