Dear Editor,

The President, the Govern-ment, the PPP/C, the acting Commissioner of Police and some other persons have been calling on the opposition and citizens, who have information regarding the Bacchus/ Gajraj saga to go to the police with the information.

Supposing I had such information would it be prudent for me to go to the police when the allegations are levelled against Minister Gajraj, who has ministerial responsibility for the police, and some senior officers of the force?

If I were insane enough to do that, the person to whom I speak could very well be one of the same officers.

Yours faithfully,
