Police clueless in search for Bynoe

Where in Guyana (or the world) is Philip Bynoe? Some three months after an arrest warrant was issued for Bynoe for his involvement in the July 3 storming of the Office of the President, the police are yet to locate the high profile citizen.
A joint treason charge was instituted against Bynoe and Mark Benschop and the preliminary inquiry into the matter is proceeding.
A senior police officer told Stabroek News that while they are on the lookout for the fugitive there have been no leads as to his whereabouts. It is not known whether the man is still in the country. But the officer is confident that Bynoe will be apprehended.
