The Preliminary Inquiry to determine whether Patricia Alves should be committed to stand trial for the death of Camille Seenauth was on Thursday adjourned until November 12 by acting Chief Magistrate Juliet Holder-Allen.

The Police Prosecutor, Inspector Gordon Peters, is on a temporary leave of absence and was not present at Thursday's proceedings.

Alves was indicted for Seenauth's murder following the discovery of the woman's body buried in a shallow grave in the yard of Alves' Alberttown home.
