Causing death charge pending for four years

Dear Editor,

About four years ago a woman was killed in a vehicle accident in Rose Hall Town. The driver was charged with causing death by dangerous driving among other offences.

This matter has not been tried since at the Albion Magistrate's Court. Maybe someone is awaiting the migration or death of the witnesses.

Lo and behold the same unlicensed driver can be seen daily driving a black car (number given) which has no document in order.

The residents in Rose Hall Town fear for their lives and the lives of their children because this driver is often "high". The relatives of the deceased woman are tired awaiting some form of justice from the Albion Magistrate's Court.

Yours faithfully,

Samuel Seenarine

Editor's note,

You should write the Chancellor about this matter at the Court of Appeal, Kingston.
